I used to be a victim of my time
Obsessed with work was my crime
Taking care of me always fell short
But I could take it because I am such a good sport
I transformed my life by creating time and space
So I am no longer in the rat race
I take time to care for my body
A new relationship with a best buddy
I also take time to beautify my surrounding
A new energy of passion that is astounding
I used to be busy always figuring out the next step
Diligently doing or worrying about a misstep
Getting not to think of work was rare
Running franticly in despair
I learned to take time to dream more
To create new realities and explore
I now dream with intention
Being in full expression of my passions
I not only have fun dreaming
I became my dreams and I am beaming
I used to miss having time to play
Until I get desperate for a vacation to get away
I was exhausted and lost my passion
For myself I had no compassion
Today I have fun every day
And I don't even have to get away
I even try new things out of my comfort zone
I am so exuberant, so much I have grown
I imagine that every day is all I got
So I live it fully and that's a lot
